From July 15 to August 15, the online quality knowledge fun quiz was carried out, and all the staff participated enthusiastically with excellent results.
The offline quality knowledge competition was held from August 16th, and 8 teams were selected through the preliminary round to enter the final round, which was held on September 23rd. The intense competition and exciting on-site interaction complemented each other, which fully demonstrated the good spirit and quality awareness of the staff, and also laid a foundation for enhancing the atmosphere of quality knowledge learning in the company.

On September 13th and September 14th, we organized a quality skills competition at the component end, including component appearance, component EL, and component stacking return. The Excellent Workgroup Competition was held on October 24th. Each shift group shared their achievements through reporting and had an alternative exchange of quality management. The third QCC project summary review meeting was held on October 30, the jury listened to the overview of the declared projects, characteristics and difficulties, innovation and other content reports, scored each project, and selected the awards in accordance with the rankings. This activity is of positive significance to further enhance the innovation consciousness of the company members, continuously improve the quality and innovation level of the company, and promote the creation of brand projects.

On October 31, we organized the 2024 Quality Month Summary and Commendation Meeting to award all the teams and individuals who achieved excellent results in the quality month activities.
At the conference, general manager Ni Zhichun said that quality is the life of an enterprise and the business of every employee.
