Recently, Shenzhen Grand Olympic Center PV Building Integration Project has been successfully connected to the grid to generate electricity. The project utilizes about 6,500 sq. ft. of rooftop resources for the construction of badminton halls, and all of them are using WINHITECH high-efficiency TOPCon double-glazed photovoltaic modules, which continuously outputs surging green energy, promotes the green transformation with photovoltaic wings, and establishes a new typical of the development of photovoltaic+sports with high quality.
On the green ground rubber of the stadium, the players are sweating; and on the roof, 2300 pieces of photovoltaic panels constantly output green power, for the Shenzhen Grand Olympic Center is covered with a sense of technology and environmental protection concept of the “green armor”, supplying energy while effectively reducing the indoor temperature, reducing energy consumption. The project adopts a flexible installation method, selecting the optimal version according to the site conditions, maximizing the use of the stadium roof area, with a total installed capacity of 1,000KWp, according to the mode of “self-generation and self-consumption, and the surplus power on the Internet”, with an estimated annual power generation of about 1,020,000 kilowatt-hours, and a full life cycle of about 10,000 tons of standard coal savings, reduction of carbon dioxide emissions of about 19,800 tons, reduction of CO emissions of about 19,800 tons, reduce sulfur dioxide emissions of about 600 tons, is a tailor-made green lungs for the Grand Canal Center.
