Through systematic summarization and forward-looking planning, a clearer strategic blueprint for the company's future development was drawn up. Mr. Ni Zhichun, general manager of the company, presided over the meeting, and Mr. Zeng Qingzhi, chairman of the board, came to the meeting to give guidance. Subsequently, General Manager Ni Zhichun summarized the meeting: In the past year, the PV industry has experienced unprecedented challenges and changes. The price of polysilicon repeatedly broke through the bottom line, and the continuous component price competition pushed the industry to the edge of micro-profit or even loss. A journey of mountains, a journey of water, chopping waves to start a new program! We know that every time we go over the top, it is a transcendence of self and an investment in the future. This summary meeting, each department head can fully explain their own department and cross-departmental problems, also put forward some measures, this is a good phenomenon, but the review is not deep enough, not timely enough, in line with the theme of this time “with the beginning of the heart - to meet the wind and waves - from the beginning to cross”, to forget about those who have gone before, the good and the bad are all the prelude to the chapter. Mr. Ni emphasized that in 2025, we should make every effort to improve the proportion of effective performance, dig deep into the good relationship with existing customers, and rely on shareholders to obtain more resources; strengthen the management, enhance the division of labor, cooperation, and communication among departments, so as to make things more smoothly; expand the scope of resources, whether it's shareholders, investors, social relations, effective customers, and make use of all the available resources for the good and orderly development of the company. The company's good and orderly development; improve product competitiveness, focus on battery efficiency, module power, cost control, narrow the gap with large companies in the industry, to ensure product reliability; improve the internal system, including but not limited to the HR system, marketing management system, risk control management system, operation management system, financial management system, technology research and development management system, etc., so that all the systems and processes are standardized and institutionalized. We will make all the system processes standardized and institutionalized.
