On the afternoon of February 9, 2023, Li Shengsheng, deputy director of the Zhoushan Municipal Economic and Information Bureau,and his delegation went to Winhitech's 3GW high-efficiency heterojunction (HJT) photovoltaic cell and module project site for a survey of the production resumption after the year. Relevant personnel from the Zhoushan Municipal Economic and Information Bureau, high-tech zone Management Committee economic development Bureau accompanied the investigation. Yu Qingkun,Winhitech (hereinafter referred to as: "Company") module factory director and Bai Xiaoyan,office director  were responsible for the reception.

First of all, Director Bai reported to Deputy Director Li the specific situation of the company's production resumption after the current construction of the company's project and led Deputy Director Li to inspect the progress of the peripheral construction . In order to ensure that the company's module factory will be fully operational in the first quarter of 2023, the company has made plans in advance and formulated the Spring Festival job retention incentive plan to encourage employees to stay and work during the Spring Festival. Subsequently, the director of the module factory led Deputy Director Li and his party to visit the assembly workshop production line equipment debugging. Yu said that through the Spring Festival without stopping the debugging equipment, the first-line equipment debugging of the module factory has been completed with production conditions, the second and third line equipment debugging is about to be completed, and the infrastructure work of the module factory is also in the final stage. At present, the project site has been restored to the right track, all positions have resumed work, and the project construction has been promoted according to the normal schedule.

After listening to the report, Deputy Director Li highly affirmed the progress of the company's infrastructure, facilities, equipment and production. At the same time, Deputy Director Li said that the company's project production line equipment has a high degree of automation and information,various production processes and technologies are relatively advanced. At the same time, he required the relevant departments of the Bureau to strengthen the support for the company's production information work, and also supported the company's application for economic and information openings. Various project subsidies and credit platforms are welcomed.

Finally, Deputy Director Li hopes to strengthen communication and synchronized collaboration between the company and the Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology to improve the manufacturing level while strengthening information capacity construction and put it into full production as soon as possible.
