At 9:40 am on December 2, Han Jun, a member of the Standing Committee of Zhoushan Municipal Committee and Vice Mayor, visited the company's 3GW high-efficiency heterojunction (HJT) solar cell and module project site. Chen Lin, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and director of the Management Committee of the Municipal High-tech Zone, Lu Binhai, deputy Secretary-General of the Municipal government, relevant responsible persons of the Municipal Economy and Information Bureau and the Municipal Resources Planning Bureau, Ding Hu, deputy general manager of China Resources Power Zhejiang Company and Chairman of Winhitech, and Ni Zhichun, general manager of Winhitech, accompanied the inspection.

Ding Hu, chairman of Winhitech, reported to Vice Mayor Han the construction progress plan and investment plan of 3GW high-efficiency heterostructure (HJT) solar cell and module project supporting standard workshop construction, and said that with the concern and support of the municipal government and the management committee, the construction progress of the company's project infrastructure projects has been steadily promoted. From personnel, infrastructure, facilities, equipment and other links are efficiently moving towards the goal of full production. Subsequently, Ni Zhichun, general manager of Winhitech, reported the specific situation of the current project construction of the company to Vice Mayor Han. By the end of 2022, the first module equipment production line will be installed and commissioned, and by 2023, the cell and module production line will be fully put into operation.

After listening to the report, Deputy Mayor Han said that since the full start of the company in July this year, the construction work has achieved great results with the support of many parties. At the same time, it is hoped that all parties should continue to promote the project process and strictly control the completion degree of each node. All departments of the municipal government and relevant functional departments of the management committee should take the initiative to provide proactive services, strengthen project communication and docking, rescue enterprises, ensure that the project is completed and put into operation on time, and make greater contributions to the economic and social development of Zhoushan.
