Zhoushan City government and high-tech zone management Committee related personnel accompanied the investigation. Zhejiang Winhitech New Energy Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as: "Company") Chairman Ding Hu accompanied the reception. Chairman Ding reported to Vice Mayor Hong the progress of the company's project infrastructure, equipment arrival, equipment commissioning and operation, supporting facilities, installation and commissioning, production processes, etc. At the same time, reviewed the market situation in the photovoltaic field of the company's project infrastructure, and the production plan, product sales, employee medical care, children's education and other questions that Deputy Mayor Hong was concerned about were answered one by one. Through the on-site inspection of the project, Vice Mayor Hong has a more intuitive and comprehensive understanding of the production process and product advantages of the company's heterostruction solar cell module technology, and hoped that with the support of theMunicipal Party Committee , the Municipal Government and the Management committee of the high-tech Zone, Winhitech will uphold an efficient working style, steadily promote the development of various projects, and put into production as soon as possible to contribute to the social and economic development of Zhoushan City.  

On the afternoon of February 9, 2023, Li Shengsheng, deputy director of the Zhoushan Municipal Economic and Information Bureau,and his delegation went to Winhitech's 3GW high-efficiency heterojunction (HJT) photovoltaic cell and module project site for a survey of the production resumption after the year. Relevant personnel from the Zhoushan Municipal Economic and Information Bureau, high-tech zone Management Committee economic development Bureau accompanied the investigation. Yu Qingkun,Winhitech (hereinafter referred to as: "Company") module factory director and Bai Xiaoyan,office director  were responsible for the reception. First of all, Director Bai reported to Deputy Director Li the specific situation of the company's production resumption after the current construction of the company's project and led Deputy Director Li to inspect the progress of the peripheral construction . In order to ensure that the company's module factory will be fully operational in the first quarter of 2023, the company has made plans in advance and formulated the Spring Festival job retention incentive plan to encourage employees to stay and work during the Spring Festival. Subsequently, the director of the module factory led Deputy Director Li and his party to visit the assembly workshop production line equipment debugging. Yu said that through the Spring Festival without stopping the debugging equipment, the first-line equipment debugging of the module factory has been completed with production conditions, the second and third line equipment debugging is about to be completed, and the infrastructure work of the module factory is also in the final stage. At present, the project site has been restored to the right track, all positions have resumed work, and the project construction has been promoted according to the normal schedule. After listening to the report, Deputy Director Li highly affirmed the progress of the company's infrastructure, facilities, equipment and production. At the same time, Deputy Director Li said that the company's project production line equipment has a high degree of automation and information,various production processes and technologies are relatively advanced. At the same time, he required the relevant departments of the Bureau to strengthen the support for the company's production information work, and also supported the company's application for economic and information openings. Various project subsidies and credit platforms are welcomed. At 10:00 am on January 18, 2023 (Wednesday), Chen Nengbin, deputy director of Zhoushan Municipal Development and Reform Commission, and his delegation went to Winhitech's 3GW high-efficiency Heterojunction (HJT) photovoltaic cell and module project site for a pre-year safety inspection. Wang Yisai, deputy director of Economic Development Bureau of the High-tech Zone Management Committee, accompanied the investigation. Shen Min, deputy general manager of Zhejiang Winhitech New Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), was responsible for receiving Deputy Director Chen and his delegation. First of all, Shen Min, the deputy general manager of the company, reported the specific situation of the current company project construction to Deputy Director Chen and led Deputy Director Chen to visit and introduce the debugging of the module factory facilities and equipment. Shen said that in order to ensure that the company's module factory enters full production in the first quarter of 2023, the company plans well in advance, formulating an incentive plan for staying on duty during the Spring Festival to encouraging employees to stay on the job during the Spring Festival, rush the construction period, adjust equipment, trial production, and try their best to reduce the crawling production cycle and achieve full production as soon as possible. At the same time, the company attaches great importance to the safety management of the site, and arranges full-time security personnel on duty during the Spring Festival, organizes and carries out themed safety training activities, strengthens employees' awareness of production safety, and ensures the safe and orderly progress of all work. After listening to the report, Deputy director Chen Nengbin affirmed the company's safety production work, and asked about the company's project staff during the New Year. At 15:00 PM on January 10, 2023 (Tuesday) , Zhan Jiaxiang, Deputy Director of Zhejiang Provincial Department of Economics and Information Technology, with his delegation went to Winhitech's 3GW high-efficiency Heterojunction (HJT) photovoltaic cell and module project for inspection and research. Relevant leaders from the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Economics and Information Technology, Zhoushan Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau and the High-tech Zone Management Committee accompanied the investigation. Shen Min, deputy general manager of Zhejiang Winhitech New Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), was responsible for receiving Deputy Director Zhan and his party. First of all, Shen Min, the deputy general manager of the company, reported the current specific situation of the  project construction to Zhan Jiaxiang, the deputy director of the company, and led Zhan to visit and introduce the debugging of the facilities and equipment of the module factory. Shen said that at present, the overall progress of the infrastructure project is about 50%, of which the construction progress of the module factory is about 90%, and the equipment has begun to enter the market in succession on December 30. The module factory is expected to enter full production in the first quarter of 2023. In addition, the company's production line is a high-tech production line built with the goal of "future factory". In the future, the company will become a demonstration enterprise in Zhoushan City and even Zhejiang Province in the field offield of "economic information technology  "applications. After listening to the report, Deputy Director Zhan Jiaxiang affirmed the results achieved by the company since the full start of work in July this year, and asked about the problems encountered in the company's project promotion process, as well as the company's project staff during the Chinese New Year. Li Zhangjun, deputy director of the Research Office of the Standing Committee of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Congress, the Standing Committee of the Zhoushan Municipal People's Congress, the Municipal Party Committee and the Administrative Committee of the High-tech Zone accompanied the investigation. Ni Zhichun, general manager of Zhejiang Winhitech New Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), was responsible for receiving Deputy Secretary Chen Jinbiao and his delegation. First of all, Ni Zhichun, the general manager of the company, reported the specific situation of the current project construction of the company to Deputy Secretary Chen and led to visit and introduce the commissioning of the factory facilities and equipment. At present, the overall progress of the infrastructure project is about 50%, of which the construction progress of the module factory is about 90%.Various equipment has begun to enter the market in succession on December 30. After listening to the report, Deputy Secretary Chen Jinbiao affirmed the results achieved by the company since the full start of construction in July this year. At the same time, Deputy Secretary Chen also asked about the bottlenecks encountered by the company's project production, and said that he would use the resources of the Standing Committee of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Congress to mobilize the Zhoushan Municipal People's Congress, the municipal Party committee, the municipal government and the management committee of the high-tech Zone to try their best to solve the difficulties of the enterprise, break through the bottleneck, and ensure the smooth implementation of the production plan.
