Winhitech | module R&D representatives were invited to attend the seminar session of CREC 2023 Conference (HJT)
From November 2 to 4, 2023, the 15th China (Wuxi) International Renewable Energy Conference and Exhibition (CREC2023), co-sponsored by China Chamber of International Commerce, Jiangsu Council for the Promotion of International Trade and Wuxi Municipal People's Government, was held in Wuxi Taihu International Expo Center. Jointly explore the future trend of the development of renewable energy industry, explore the innovative direction of new energy technology, and jointly promote the development of renewable energy industry. Winhitech,As a manufacturer and supplier with the holding background of central state-owned enterprises with the mission of leading the global heterojunction industrialization, was specially invited by the conference to participate in the keynote speech of the "HJT cell module Special Technical Sub- Forum". The representatives at the meeting shared Winhitech's current work of  in the aspect of cost reduction and efficiency increase of HJT modules, focusing on the development progress of Winhitech's 0BB technology. The sharing at the forum was well received by industry experts who showed great interest in Winhitech. This time Winhitech shared site of many enterprise audience photos in the CREC technology forum , forward-looking practices of the enterprise after the discussion, as well as the current HJT process technology, solutions and future development planning and prospects.  Mainly through the three aspects of HJT module reliability,power improvement and 0BB cost reduction technology, the work of reducing costs and increasing efficiency of HJT modules is introduced. Among them, for the reliability part, improvement plans and evaluation results are proposed respectively for three reliability problems currently such us HJT modules,  adhesion to the film,  water vapor corrosion resistance and UV resistance. In addition, the technology of 0BB to reduce cost and increase efficiency is emphatically introduced. At present, the mainstream 0BB technology mainly has three types of  technical routes. 1. Printing + laminated alloy. The main advantage is that the equipment production capacity is large, there are many equipment and material manufacturers delevoped,  and the resources are abunndant. but the disadvantage is that the cell and welding tape is physical contact at the beginning , string EL prone to black line phenomenon, which will be improved after lamination. in addition,  special adhesive film need to be used , the reliability and process stability of the  adhesive film  also need to be carefully evaluated. 2. Welding + dispensing method. The main advantage is that the EL effect is better after the equipment is in string, and the adhesive film used for packaging is lower than the printing solution. However, because the dispensing beat is slower than the printing, the equipment production capacity is lower than the printing solution. 3. Welding tape coating solution. The main advantage of this solution is to eliminate the UV glue and printing or dispensing process. However,the disadvantage is that the cells and welding tape are in physical contact at the beginning, and the string EL is prone to black line phenomenon. Each of these three technical solutions has its advantages and disadvantages. Cost reduction: It can break through the bottleneck of silicon wafer thinning, and HJT cost reduction is the most urgent demand. Efficiency enhancement: Reduce the shading surface + shorten the current transmission path + improve the yield rate. Through theoretical simulation and experimental verification, Winhitech has found that the current experimental power gain reaches about 1%, the comprehensive cost of the modules has been reduced by about 5 cents /W.Tthere is still room for further cost reduction by adding silver-coated copper slurry in the future . At the same time, the internal reliability assessment of 0BB technology has also been carried out, which is basically the same as the existing top technology. At the same time, we continue to pay close attention to the development of N-type module technology, including the research and development and innovation of perovskite stacked cells, and will continue to improve the technical application field for further development.

Winhitech | R&D Center technical team was invited to participate in the 19th CSPV conference
On November 2, 2023, the 19th China Solar Grade Silicon and Photovoltaic Power Generation Symposium (19th CSPV) was held in Xi 'an, Winhitech R & D Technology Department representatives were invited to attend, and shared the advanced efficient packaging material solutions of  (HJT&BC&TOPCON) cells in the branch venue of new technology theme. The keynote speeches "Research on Factors Affecting the reliability of HJT module Packaging" and "Industrialization Progress of silicon-based heterojunction solar cells" were published. Dong Liang, the representative of Winhitech, used a large amount of research data to show the advantages of HJT products. "Research on Factors affecting the reliability of HJT module Packaging" shared the verification test of HJT package reliability problems that we are concerned about. Test one: UV tolerance Screening of qualified stable phototransfer film and high cut-off film Test two: Resistance to water vapor penetration. The quality of the film is improved( stability of the interlayer structure), laminating process according to film characteristics targeted optimization or butyl adhesive overlay protection Test three: Adhesive force of the film Adjusting the formulation of adhesive film, the improved adhesive force is good between layers Through the joint efforts of colleagues in the industry, the long-term reliability of HJT modules (3 times IEC standards) is currently excellent. In the keynote speech "Progress in the Industrialization of Silicon-Based Heterostructure Solar Cells", Lian Weifei, representative of Winhitech, shared that Winhitech's HJT technology adopted a number of industry-leading technologies, including the use of 210 half-cut silicon wafers with a thickness of 100μm, microcrystal technology and low silver slurry, etc. With continuous efforts, the mass production efficiency of HJT cells has exceeded 25.8%, the module power has exceeded 730W, and the LCOE of its module has decreased by 10% compared with the PERC modules under the support of high power generation. This will bring lower electricity costs to customers, improve customer installed income to a higher level, and improve performance in various usage scenarios.  At last, the author introduced the basic situation of Winhitech and its achievements in technological innovation, R&D investment and honors. Invitations were issued to the expert representatives attending the meeting to actively work with colleagues in the industry to improve technology, reduce costs,etc, and then actively strengthen exchanges and cooperation with industry colleagues in heterojunction technology improvement.

Chinese Society of Astronautics space solar power plant professional Committee 2023 academic exchange meeting
The 2023 Academic Exchange meeting of the Space Solar Power Station Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Astronautics was held in Yangzhou on October 27-29, 2023. The meeting visited more than a dozen academicians of the Academy of Engineering and aerospace solar energy experts. Zhejiang Winhitech New Energy Co., Ltd. was invited to attend the meeting. The conference aims to strengthen academic exchanges and technical cooperation in the field of space solar power stations and promote academic ideas; Discover and train high-level space solar power station technical talents; Exchange new technologies, new ideas and new achievements in the field of space solar power stations; Promote space solar power station system program innovation, key technology development, key materials and devices breakthrough, key scientific issues research. Space solar power station is a grand aerospace project that collects and converts large-scale solar energy in space and wirelessly transmits electric energy to the ground or space.It can drive leapfrog progress in the field of space technology , greatly traction the basic science and technology in the field of aerospace and energy innovation and development. The comprehensive laboratory is recognized by CNAS
On October 30, the comprehensive laboratory of Zhejiang Winhitech New Energy Co., Ltd. was officially approved as an accredited laboratory of China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) (registration number: L 19295), marking that Winhitech Laboratory has been established a quality management system in line with international standards. Winhitech's rapid recognition is inseparable from the company's high emphasis on technology research and development and quality assurance. The total investment of the laboratory is more than 20 million yuan, with the total indoor area of about 1500 square meters and the outdoor area of 2000 square meters, with more than 100 sets of advanced research and test equipment at home and abroad.It is the company's key technology research and development, product development, reliability assurance, achievement transformation and industrialization, talent cultivation as one of the comprehensive platform. Dr. Ni Zhichun, General manager of Winhitech, said that the CNAS laboratory accreditation is an important milestone in the development of Winhitech. As a leader in the industrialization of heterojunction, the company attaches great importance to product development and reliability, and has invested a lot of resources in the construction of laboratory hardware and software. China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) is a national accreditation body approved and authorized by the National Certification and Accreditation. It is the most authoritative laboratory accreditation body in our country  with authority, independence, justice and technology. CNAS is an important member of the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) and the Asia Pacific Cooperation (APAC). The testing, inspection and calibration reports/certificates issued by CNAS accredited laboratories can be stamped with the seals of CNAS and ILAC, and the data issued are internationally recognized.

Photovoltaic technology innovation and development| Zhejiang Winhitech New Energy Co., Ltd. successfully hosted the Zhoushan meeting of the cell Working Group of the China Photovoltaic Standardization Committee
On October 27, the 2023 second meeting of the Cell Working Group  of the Standardization Technical Committee of China Photovoltaic Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as the "Cursor Committee") was successfully held in Zhoushan City, Zhejiang Province. Zhejiang Winhitech New Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Winhitech") is honored to host this important meeting. The conference attracted more than 50 representatives from photovoltaic companies such as LonGi, JinKo, JA, TrinaSolar, CanadianSolar and other third-party institutions such us TUV Rheinland, TUV SUD and scientific research institutions such us CETC18 , Hebei University and other to participate. Xiong Limin, Director of National Institute of Metrology,China, and Dr. Song Dengyuan, Chief Technology Officer of Das Solar co-chaired the meeting. At the meeting, the standard drafting units reported and discussed three new proposals for standards such as "crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells Part 3: back-contact photovoltaic cells" and three standards to be solicited for comments such as "crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells boiling test method", in particular, the "crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells boiling test Method" standard needs to speed up progress and start soliciting comments as soon as possible. After the meeting, the expert group visited the Winhitech phase I high efficiency heterojunction (HJT) photovoltaic cell module factory. The group of experts visited the Winhitech exhibition hall, resource equipment center, heterojunction cell production line, and gave high evaluation and appreciation to the production scale, technological innovation, quality assurance and other fields achieved by Winhitech in a short period of time. Product quality assurance is a customer commitment that Winhitech has always adhered to.
