2. Project overview and bidding scope

2.1 Project Name: Zhejiang Winhitech New Energy Co. ,Ltd. 3GW high efficiency heterojunction solar module production line laminating machine equipment procurement (standard item 2) (non-governmental procurement) tender announcement 3GW high-efficiency heterojunction solar module production line laminating machine equipment purchase (standard item 2)

2.2 Place of delivery: Zhoushan Hi-tech Industrial Park Phase II, west of Jioliang Avenue 3, south of Shugang Avenue, north of Jioliang Avenue 4.

2.3 Scale: The number of this purchase is 6 sets of double-layer three-cavity laminating machine equipment (under the requirement that the process time is not greater than 680S, the single-layer single-cavity production efficiency:

①. The number of laminated pieces is not less than 7 pieces/pan (for 182-Perc/Topcon cell 72 version),

②. The number of laminated pieces is not less than 6 pieces/pan (for 210-Perc/Hjt cell 66 version),

3. A single set of 5 dry pumps (Leybold) + 2 Roots pumps in the first chamber of each laminating machine;

2.4 Delivery date: Within 60 calendar days after the notice of winning the bid is issued, all 6 sets of double-layer three-chamber laminating equipment and matching vacuum pumps of the two lines of this tender will be shipped to the project site;

2.5 Scope of bidding: This equipment purchase includes but is not limited to the manufacturing, supply, packaging, storage, transportation, lifting, unpacking, moving in, installation, commissioning, acceptance, handover after acceptance, technical service, warranty period guarantee and other related services of 6 double-layer three-chamber laminating machines and matching vacuum pumps.

2.6 Maximum price: 4.35 million yuan/set of laminating machine equipment (each containing 5 sets of dry pumps (Leybao) + each containing 2 sets of Roots pumps).

3. Bidder qualification requirements

3.1 Manufacturers with independent legal organizations, real and valid business licenses, and with the corresponding supply capacity of the bidding project, and bidders must have the ability to independently design and manufacture the equipment.

3.2 The bidder's operation behavior: the bidder has not been cancelled by the relevant administrative law enforcement department to participate in the bidding qualification of the legally required tender project within a certain period of time according to the relevant provisions (the benchmark date of evaluation is still within the restricted period).

3.3 Good faith commitment: the bidder and the legal representative must make good faith commitment to the enterprise behavior during the bidding process, and the letter of commitment shall be in accordance with the format of the bidding documents;

3.4 The bidder is not included in the list of persons subject to enforcement for breach of trust by Credit China Network (www.creditchina.gov.cn);
