2. Project overview and bidding scope

2.1 Project Name: Zhejiang Winhitech New Energy Co. ,Ltd. 3GW high-efficiency heterojunction solar module production line series welding machine equipment and auxiliary equipment procurement (standard item 1)

2.2 Place of delivery: Zhoushan Hi-tech Industrial Park Phase II, west of Jioliang Avenue 3, south of Shugang Avenue, north of Jioliang Avenue 4.

2.3 Scale: The purchase quantity of this time is 12 sets of string welding machine equipment and 5 sets of laser slitting machine (single hour production capacity of string welding machine ≥7200 pieces/hour,Perc/Topcon half cell 182&210, single hour production capacity ≥6000 pieces/hour, heterojunction half cell 182&210)

2.4 Delivery date: After the notice of winning the bid is issued, the main equipment of the bidding series welding machine and laser scribing machine (12 sets of series welding machine and 5 sets of laser scribing machine) will be shipped to the project site within 60 calendar days.

2.5 Scope of bidding: This equipment purchase includes but is not limited to the manufacturing, supply, packaging, storage, transportation, lifting, unpacking, moving in, installation, commissioning, acceptance, handover after acceptance, technical service, warranty period guarantee and other related services.

2.6 Maximum price: series welding equipment 2.4 million yuan/set; Laser scribing machine 700,000 yuan/set.

3. Bidder qualification requirements

3.1 Manufacturers with independent legal organizations, real and valid business licenses, and with the corresponding supply capacity of the bidding project, and bidders must have the ability to independently design and manufacture the equipment.

3.2 The bidder's operation behavior: the bidder has not been cancelled by the relevant administrative law enforcement department to participate in the bidding qualification of the legally required tender project within a certain period of time according to the relevant provisions (the benchmark date of evaluation is still within the restricted period).

3.3 Good faith commitment: the bidder and the legal representative must make good faith commitment to the enterprise behavior during the bidding process, and the letter of commitment shall be in accordance with the format of the bidding documents;

3.4 The bidder is not included in the list of persons subject to enforcement for breach of trust by Credit China Network (www.creditchina.gov.cn); 3.5 the bidder net (http://wenshu.court.gov.cn) in China the written judgment in recent five years (since the deadline of the bid documents submitted before pushing) no bribery crime record.
