I. Project overview
The number of diners and diners: the purchaser's office staff, front-line operators and other diners. The total number of diners in 2023 is about 1277, and the number of diners in this tender is calculated by 300. (If the number of dining staff needs to be increased in the later stage according to the project progress, the number of canteen labor personnel should also be increased accordingly. The unit price of canteen labor personnel in the later stage shall be implemented according to the unit price of the winning bid. Business hours: Breakfast, lunch, evening and night are open on catering days. Breakfast: 04:40-05:40,07:10-08:15; Lunch: 10:50-12:30; Dinner: 16:50-18:00; Midnight snack: 23:00-00:30; The specific meal service time will be adjusted according to the requirements of the purchaser. The meal service day and number of diners will be determined by the purchaser according to the production plan. In special cases, the winning bidder shall be notified to work overtime.
Business location: Zhoushan Hi-tech Industrial Park Phase II, west of Zhuoliangjing 3rd Road, south of Shugang Avenue, north of Zhuoliangwei 4th Road, the first floor restaurant and 2 boxes of the purchaser's office building.
Business mode: The purchaser is responsible for the procurement of food materials, the provision of canteen space, water, electricity and fuel, kitchen equipment and subsequent maintenance, and the provision of the first kitchen consumables (see Annex 1 for the list of first kitchen consumables).
The winning bidder is responsible for the provision of labor personnel for the restaurant and two boxes, the acceptance and storage of food materials, the cooking of meals, the cleaning of the canteen and other services, and the purchase of secondary kitchen consumables.
Maximum price of canteen service charge: RMB 2,000,000 / year (tax included).
Canteen service charge includes canteen staff salary, staff social security, high-temperature subsidy, physical examination fee, clothing fee, assessment award, management fee, canteen meal (kitchen) wear and tear purchase subsidy, canteen sporadic maintenance funds, canteen cleaning costs, taxes and other expenses.
Term of service: One year from the date of signing the contract.
The canteen staff is guaranteed to be at least 17 people, and must be configured with 1 supervisor, 1 chef, 2 cooks, 1 pastry chef, 1 cashier, 5 cutters, 4 cleaners, 1 box chef and 1 box waiter.
二.Bidder qualification requirements
1. Have the ability to independently bear civil liability; Have a good business reputation and sound financial accounting system; Having the necessary equipment and professional technical capability for the performance of the contract; Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law; Within three years prior to participating in procurement activities, there is no major illegal record in business activities; Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
2. By the deadline of bidding for this project, it has not been included in the list of persons subject to enforcement of dishonesty, parties to major tax law cases, and records of serious illegal and dishonest behaviors of government procurement. 3. The bidder shall have catering management within the business scope of the business license.
4. The bidder must be a general taxpayer, can strictly implement the national tax policy and tax rate standards.
5. This project does not accept the bid of individual catering operators, and does not accept the bid of the consortium.
