At 14:25 PM on January 5, 2023 (Thursday), Chen Jinbiao, deputy secretary of the Party Group of the Standing Committee of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Congress, went to Winhitech's 3GW high efficiency Heterojunction (HJT) photovoltaic cell module project. Li Zhangjun, deputy director of the Research Office of the Standing Committee of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Congress, the Standing Committee of the Zhoushan Municipal People's Congress, the Municipal Party Committee and the Administrative Committee of the High-tech Zone accompanied the investigation. Ni Zhichun, general manager of Zhejiang Winhitech New Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), was responsible for receiving Deputy Secretary Chen Jinbiao and his delegation.

First of all, Ni Zhichun, the general manager of the company, reported the specific situation of the current project construction of the company to Deputy Secretary Chen and led to visit and introduce the commissioning of the factory facilities and equipment. At present, the overall progress of the infrastructure project is about 50%, of which the construction progress of the module factory is about 90%.Various equipment has begun to enter the market in succession on December 30. The module factory is expected to enter full production in the first quarter of 2023.

After listening to the report, Deputy Secretary Chen Jinbiao affirmed the results achieved by the company since the full start of construction in July this year. At the same time, Deputy Secretary Chen also asked about the bottlenecks encountered by the company's project production, and said that he would use the resources of the Standing Committee of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Congress to mobilize the Zhoushan Municipal People's Congress, the municipal Party committee, the municipal government and the management committee of the high-tech Zone to try their best to solve the difficulties of the enterprise, break through the bottleneck, and ensure the smooth implementation of the production plan.

Finally, Deputy Secretary Chen hoped that the company will strengthen its confidence in development, accelerate the pace of construction, seize the commanding heights of the photovoltaic industry, build the company into an advanced manufacturing enterprise in Zhoushan City,  drive the development of the upstream and downstream photovoltaic industry chain in Zhoushan City, and make the greatest contribution to the social and economic development of Zhoushan City.
