Yuan Lingjun, manager of the engineering department of the company, reported to Deputy Director Zhang Yong the specific contents of the construction of 12GW high-efficiency heterojunction (HJT) photovoltaic cell and module projects, and described the overall layout of the project, the basic situation of infrastructure investment including land cost and construction progress, the investment situation and progress of the first phase of equipment and future investment plan, hoping that the government will support it.
Deputy Director Zhang Yong said after listening to the progress report of the on-site project that the Zhejiang Winhitech 12GW cell and module project, as a key investment project in Zhoushan City in 2022, requires the company to put the project into operation as the top priority of the annual work plan, and at the same time asked the on-site management staff about the matters that need to promote coordination in the construction process. And said that the bureau will make every effort to provide various policy supporting support for enterprises settled in the project, and provide multi-directional support services for the early completion and production of the project.
