The overall project scale  is 12GW cells and modules, and it is located in Zhoushan High-tech Industrial Park. The company has the R&D and manufacturing capabilities for the latest high-efficiency solar cells and modules, is committed to becoming the world's leading high-efficiency heterojunction solar cell products intelligent manufacturing enterprises. The phase I of the project, 3GW cells and 3GW modules plant, has entered the construction stage. According to the overall plan of the project, the company's equipment procurement bidding has also entered the substantive bidding stage, and has issued a public bidding announcement for cell equipment to the society on August 23.

1. Bidding conditions

The tender project 3GW high-efficiency heterojunction solar cell production line equipment procurement tender for Zhejiang Winhitech New Energy Co., Ltd., the tender project funds from self-financing, the proportion of investment is 100%. The project has already met the bidding conditions, and the entire equipment procurement of 3GW high-efficiency heterojunction solar cell production line is now open for bidding.

2. Project overview and bidding scope

2.1 Project name: Zhejiang Winhitech New Energy Co., Ltd. 3GW high- efficiency heterojunction solar cell production line equipment purchase.

2.2 Place of delivery: Phase II of Zhoushan Hi-tech Industrial Park , adjacent to Diaoliang Jingsan Road to the west, to the south of Shugang Avenue, and to the north of Diaoliang Weisi Road.

2.3 Construction scale: The number of entire lines purchased this time is three cell lines (annual capacity of about 1.5GW-1.8GW), and the annual capacity of single line is greater than 500MW.

2.4 The maximum price : 4 million yuan /GW.

2.5 Delivery date: After the advance payment is completed, the first cell equipment of this tender will be shipped to the project site within 120 calendar days; The remaining equipment of this tender will be shipped to the project site within 180 calendar days.

2.6 Scope of tender: The entire line equipment purchase includes but is not limited to 2 sets of fleecing and cleaning equipment, 3 sets of PECVD vacuum coating equipment, 3 sets of PVD magnetron sputtering equipment, 5 sets of screen printing equipment and the matched battery section of the entire line automation equipment and auxiliary equipment manufacturing, supply, packaging, storage, transportation, lifting, unpacking, moving in, installation, commissioning, acceptance, transfer after acceptance, technical services , warranty period and other related services.

3. Bidder qualification requirements

3.1 Manufacturers with independent legal organizations, real and valid business licenses, and with the corresponding supply capacity of the bidding project, and bidders must have independent design, production and manufacturing of at least one of the main equipment. (Main equipment refers to velvet cleaning equipment, PECVD vacuum coating equipment, PVD magnetron sputtering equipment, screen printing equipment.)

3.2 Joint bid is not accepted in this tender.

3.3 The bidder's business behavior: the bidder has not been cancelled by the relevant administrative law enforcement department to participate in the bidding qualification of the legally required bidding project within a certain period of time according to the relevant provisions (the benchmark date of evaluation is still within the restricted period).

3.4 Good faith commitment: the bidder and the legal representative must make good faith commitment to the enterprise behavior during the bidding process, and the letter of commitment shall be in accordance with the format of the bidding documents;
