Researching and seeking progress:Zhejiang WINHITECH New Energy Co., Ltd. went to Astronergy
On September 27, 2024 Zeng Qingzhi, Secretary of the Party Branch, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company and Deputy General Manager of CR Power (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. led a team to  Astronergy , to conduct an investigation and exchange activities aimed at deepening cooperation. During this visit, both teams were received by Astronergy and first visited the company's showroom and modernized production line, where they learned in detail about Astronergy's technological achievements and highly efficient manufacturing processes in the field of new photovoltaic energy. Afterwards, a fruitful seminar was held in a friendly atmosphere. At the seminar, Mr. Zeng Qingzhi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Astronergy, firstly highly appreciated Astronergy's achievements in the PV market in recent years, and introduced CR Power and WINHITECH's strategic planning and latest progress in the development and operation of new energy projects, etc. Mr. Lu Zhenyu, Chief Operating Officer of Astronergy, shared his valuable experience in the technological innovation of PV products, intelligent manufacturing management, market layout and customer service, Astronergy COO Mr. Lu Zhenyu shared his valuable experience in PV product technology innovation, intelligent manufacturing management, market layout and customer service. Power generation gain of 3.33%-RunSea Solar's HJT module half-yearly empirical data is out.
From September 25th to 26th, the 2024 PV Industry Technology Innovation Conference with the theme of “Accelerating Innovation Leadership and Welcoming the ‘Dual Carbon’ Era” was held in Chuzhou. In the “high-efficiency photovoltaic module technology and application” special session, the National Center for Solar Photovoltaic Product Quality Inspection and Testing (CPVT) made a “different application scenarios of photovoltaic product selection and evaluation program and case sharing” theme report, which shares the WINHITECH commissioned to send samples of the HJT module and TOPCon module since January 2024 power generation changes, through the empirical data show that: the HJT module relative to the TOPCon module, as the temperature increases, the HJT module will be more efficient than the TOPCon module. The empirical data shows that the gain in power generation per watt of HJT modules relative to TOPCon modules increases gradually with the increase in temperature, reaching 3.33% in July. The demonstration project is located in CPVT Yinchuan base, using WINHITECH PV's 210HJT-66 modules and TOPCon modules, with a string installation inclination angle of 40°, and the lowest point of the module is 1 meter from the ground, ordinary sandy ground. The data collected since late January 2024 shows that the monowatt power generation gain of Runhai Solar's 210HJT-66 version modules compared with TOPCon modules has been gradually improved, and the monowatt power generation gain in July has reached 3.33%. In July, the average daily gain per watt of HJT modules and the average daily working temperature data show that the gain per watt of HJT modules is greatly affected by the working temperature, and the higher the temperature is, the more obvious the gain is. Several single-day HJT module gains have exceeded 3.5%, showing that HJT modules have obvious power generation advantages in months with higher temperatures. In summary, based on the actual data collected in the half-year, HJT components relative to TOPCon components, the maximum gain per watt has reached 3.33%, the temperature rise brought about by the relatively lower power loss. If superimposed on the backside of the no-shade installation method, the backside power gain can be increased, and the comprehensive advantage can reach up to 4~5%. WINHITECH Photovoltaic is committed to in-depth investigation of the actual outdoor performance of HJT modules under diverse geographic and climatic conditions to provide customers with practical data for product selection. Through the demonstration project, Runhai Solar will systematically collect and analyze the data related to power generation and climate conditions, comprehensively assess the actual performance of the product in different climatic environments, and comprehensively grasp the performance indexes and uniqueness of HJT modules. Successfully connected to the grid! WINHITECH helps Ruijin Hospital embrace green electricity
WINHITECH is committed to promoting the development of green energy and has made remarkable achievements in the rooftop distributed photovoltaic power generation project of Ruijin Hospital Zhoushan Branch. The project is located in Zhoushan City, Zhejiang Province. By using the hospital's own rooftop to install a photovoltaic system, it adopts a contract energy management development model. The project has an installed capacity of 1.24MW and uses Vessel series 66-type TOPCon high-efficiency dual-glass modules, each with the power up to 700W. It is expected that the annual power generation will exceed 1,180,000 kWh, and the cumulative carbon emissions will be reduced by about 26,000 tons in 25 years.  During the production of modules, WINHITECH strictly controls the process, focusing on: people-machine-material-method-environment-measurement; strictly implements the standards, and adheres to the concept that the next process is the customer. During the project construction, WINHITECH provided professional technical services throughout the process, and closely cooperated with the supervision and guidance of relevant departments to help build a high-standard, high-efficiency, high-quality project, and achieved a successful grid connection in one go. WINHITECH's Vessel series TOPCon high-efficiency dual-glass modules also demonstrated their excellent quality in the project. More than 1,700 modules were delivered perfectly without any return or exchange. After the project was successfully connected to the grid, it continued to generate electricity stably, and the actual power generation met the design requirements, making this project a demonstration project that has won the trust of the government, social praise and the satisfaction of the owner.
